In today's mortgage industry the documentation requirements have been
streamlined. If you are applying for a Conventional Mortgage Loan the
documentation you might need to submit with your application would include:
The most recent pay stub you have received with a year to date income
analysis.
The most recent year's W-2
For self-employed applicants: Copies of the last two years tax returns.
The most recent statement on all asset accounts
The name, address, and phone of your landlord or mortgage company
The name and phone of your insurance agent
If applying for a purchase, please forward a copy of the contract
If you are applying online please fax the pay stub, W-2, and bank statements
to 913.248.8284, or you can scan and attach copies to an e-mail and forward
to: info@millcreekhomeloans.com
If you are applying for FHA, VA, or other types of mortgages that require
additional documentation, you may need to provide: Copies of any bankruptcy
or divorce decrees, full tax returns and/or W-2s for a two year period. two
months bank statements or quarterly investment statements, letters of
explanations for credit problems, and documentation of any large deposits,
including gift funds.
We will contact you to schedule an appointment to meet in person, if at all
possible. We will be happy to explain why any additional documentation is
needed and keep you updated on all loan requirements.
